David Smith

David qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2019 after completing his work based learning with the firm. He is a former treasurer and chair of the Liverpool CILEx branch and stepped down after successfully guiding the organisation out of a period of uncertainty.

David previously worked for a city centre firm dealing predominantly with personal injury and uninsured loss recovery before moving into commercial law. Since then he has dealt with many aspects of commercial law, focusing on financial mis-selling and debt recovery.
